Location - Remote
Salaries range from $65k-$100k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes and ESOP plans.

About The Client:

Our client are a medium sized engineering firm, with an excellent company culture having been developed over several years. They have incredibly strong relations with several of the utilities throughout the US and a reputation that considers them one of the most reliable engineering firms in the country. This role comes with a quarterly bonus scheme with overtime and all of the other company benefits on offer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on distribution design - both overground and underground
• Generate cost effective design for distribution networks
• Able to operate a range of different company softwares
• Ability to work on mutliple projects and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines
• Able to work independently and self check all work before passing onto senior members of staff The successful candidate must have/show:
  • 3+ years experience in overhead distribution design
  • Associates degree in drafting (preffered but not essential)
  • Experience in pole loading (Spida Calc, O-Cal, Pole Foreman or Katapult)
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Knowledge of joint-use software is also beneficial
