You are a Construction Manager who wants to get back to what

you, small by design. Construction Manager – Your Job Duties You
will lead K-12 construction projects throughout California from
preconstruction through closeout (project size less than $1M
through large projects up to $40M). Manage full lifecycle of
construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement,
and execution for approx. 5 up to 25 projects at a time, depending
on project size and scope Coordinate contractors, subcontractors,
architects, engineers, and public agencies Lead DSA-compliant
project execution, documentation, and closeout processes Develop
and manage RFQs and RFPs during procurement phases Oversee project
controls including submittals, RFIs, change orders, payment
applications Monitor project schedules, costs, and job performance
Lead project meetings and report on status of projects, maintaining
reporting Communicate with stakeholders including school districts,
leadership teams, and governing boards Ensure quality control and
safety compliance throughout construction and closeout Coordinate
site logistics including active campus environments and school
relocations Manage project closeout including punch lists,
warranties, O&M manuals, and DSA approvals Use Bluebeam,
Microsoft suite, Procore, E-Builder and Kuhua in project delivery
Construction Manager – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team
Fit) Prior experience project managing K-12, community
college/higher ed construction projects with DSA requirements /
experience with Division of the State Architect requirements

will be provided with a company vehicle or auto allowance plus
company fuel card. Your compensation will be a base salary of
$135,000 up to $160,000 DOE. Flexible for the right person. You
