Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to
support an elementary school caseload split between traditional and
autism programs. This contract role runs through June 12, 2026,
offering an opportunity to provide critical speech and language
services directly within the school setting. Location Middletown,
Delaware - Elementary School setting Key Responsibilities Deliver
individualized speech and language therapy services to children in
both traditional and autism classrooms Conduct assessments, develop
treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
communication goals Maintain compliance with state and school
district regulations Provide services onsite, ensuring regular
attendance and engagement with students Qualifications and
Experience Valid and active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) license required Proven school-based experience preferred,
ideally working with elementary-aged children Familiarity with
speech therapy approaches for both traditional and autism spectrum
caseloads Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with students, families, and school staff Reliable
transportation is necessary for onsite work Availability to work
full-time hours (37.5 hrs/week) from ASAP through 6/12/2026
