Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12
educational setting located in Arnold, MO, is seeking a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) to provide specialized support for Pre-K and
elementary students. This contract role offers a consistent
schedule of 32.5 hours per week, beginning ASAP and continuing
through May 2026, serving an approximate caseload of 52 students.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy
services to students from Pre-K through elementary grades. Conduct
assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
each student's needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other specialists to support student progress and communication
development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and
prepare necessary documentation. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications and
Experience: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with CCC certification or eligibility to work as a
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working
within a school environment, preferably serving Pre-K and
elementary-aged children. Strong knowledge of speech and language
disorders, intervention strategies, and assessment tools. Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Location: Arnold, Missouri
