Job Summary Education Specialists are responsible to the Director of Special Education and the site administrator. Resource Specialists provide direct instruction to and coordinate the instructional programs for students with exceptional needs enrolled in the resource specialist programs at each school. View Job Description Salary Salary commensurate with experience and education. Certificated faculty members are compensated on the VTA salary scale for teachers. Faculty members receive a generous package of medical benefits, and enrollment in the California STRS retirement plan. Length of Work Year 186 days Employment Type Full Time Hours: 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
