year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

Educational Settings Magalia, CA Several contract positions are
available through the end of the school year for skilled Sign
Language Interpreters to support communication access in schools.
These roles require fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and the
ability to facilitate effective communication between deaf or
hard-of-hearing students and their educators. Key Qualifications:
Fluency in ASL demonstrated through experience or education
Associates degree (AA) minimum Candidates with or without
Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) or Registry
of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) eligibility welcome Ability to
commit to 30 hours per week during the contract period Location:
Educational facilities located in Magalia, California
Responsibilities: Provide interpreting services that accurately
convey educational content and social communication Facilitate
understanding in classrooms and related school activities
Collaborate closely with teachers, students, and staff for seamless
communication access Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
