What you will be learning Professional behavior standards and workplace expectations. Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Support construction?related activities, including submittal reviews, Requests for Information (RFIs), and coordination efforts. Collaborate with engineers and design team members on layouts and drawings. Participate in proposal development and technical report writing. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. Foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. Training can be provided if needed. Ability to gather, organize and analyze engineering data. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
