A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Strategy and Innovation
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the strategic planning and business development for the
Revenue Cycle
Oversee vendor management, including performance analysis and
negotiation processes
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess vendor
effectiveness and report findings to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management,
finance, business administration, or related field required;
Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
required
3-5 years of relevant healthcare experience specifically in revenue
cycle or strategy required
Familiarity with healthcare vendors and industry best practices
Experience with Epic preferred
