Key Responsibilities

• Define offerings and lead a cross-functional team: Collaborate across product, sales, solutions, and professional services teams.
  
• Align with AI Enterprise teams: Work with segment sales to develop joint value propositions.
  
• Integrate networking software: Incorporate into NVIDIA's AI Factory reference architecture.
  
• Guide OEM partners: Help them integrate offerings into their AI solutions.
  
• Engage with partners: Collaborate with cloud partners, OEMs, and CSPs to refine product definitions.
  
• Build pipeline: Develop opportunities with segment sales and account teams.
  
• Monitor business performance: Track and report on networking software sales quarterly.
  
  Qualifications
  

• 
  
• Technical and commercial university degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Minimum 18 years in sales enablement for networking software.
  
• 7+ years managing overlay sales organizations (highly desirable).
  
• Experience in software business models and partner-driven growth.
  
• Strong multitasking and communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and technical teams.
  
  Preferred Skills
  
  • 
    
  • Leadership in product/business development within datacenter networking.
    
  • Deep understanding of datacenter architectures and high-performance networking technologies.
    
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA products, AI, LLMs, and GPU computing.
    
  • Experience working across geographies in a matrix organization.
    
    Compensation & Benefits
    The salary range is $320,000 to $488,750, with a mix of base and variable pay, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is location-dependent and based on experience.
