oldest home health care agency in Northern California. Our agency
specializes in delivering comprehensive in-home care and case
management for older adults, children, and those living with

You are an LVN who takes joy in improving quality-of-care to
patients. You enjoy providing one-on-one care for your patients to

Responsibilities: Make visits to patients in their homes Perform
physical assessments Patient education Wound care Bowel care
Catheter care Medication management Maintain compliant clinical
records Essential Requirements: Current California State license as
a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) One year experience as a home
health care provider Valid California Drivers License, and eligible
to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV report
Your own vehicle and proof of current auto insurance Current CPR
certification Skilled in operating a computer utilizing a variety
of standard software, MS Office with Excel and Word, Outlook, and
electronic medical records PPE is provided to all employees
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Certifications Ability to work with
others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate
effectively. Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and
written and oral communication skills. Professional behavior when
on duty Service Region/ Location: This is not a remote role and
requires you to work out of the Chico office seeing patients in
Butte and surrounding counties. Schedule: This is a full-time role,
40 hours per week, from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with
an hour for lunch. You will also be required to work some weekends
on a rotation schedule. Travel: You will need your own car and be
able to travel to clients homes within the Chico area and
surrounding area. Physical Requirements: Job offer is conditional
upon successfully passing a medical exam that tests amongst other
things the ability to move, visual acuity, and hearing acuity.
Physical requirements for this role specifically include: Sits,
stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during
working hours Able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance Able to
drive intermittently Compensation: Pay range is $25 to $35 per
hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Benefits You will be reimbursed for the mileage you travel from the
office to clients homes. You will receive a monthly phone stipend.
On the first of the month following 2 months of employment you will
be eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision
insurance, life insurance, as well as Flexible Spending Account
(FSA). Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and
you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days.
