Job Description:
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for Physical Therapists
to join us in Sacramento, CA. This position is staffed in one of
our senior living community partners. *Sign-on bonus eligible for
those that qualify* What You’ll Do - Provide 1:1 outpatient
physical therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents in The
Woodlake senior living community. - Drive rewarding patient
outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous
interventions. - Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a
therapy team focused on functional outcomes. - Pioneer Geriatric
House Calls™ to older adults in their communities and help abolish
ageism through 1:1 care. What You’ll Bring - Valid Physical Therapy
license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply. -
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. - Basic
computer literacy skills. - Current CPR certification. Why FOX -

$80,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more.
