Responsibilities & Duties: Provide coordinated nursing care for surgical patients following established nursing standards and processes. Supervise and direct nursing staff activities, ensuring optimal patient care and safety. Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding health information and care plans. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members efficiently. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Acute care facility experience preferred. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and AHA-PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) all required. Strong clinical judgment and supervisory skills.
