Job Description Job Description Job Title: Educational Partnerships Operations Specialist Location-Type: REMOTE Start Date Is: asap Duration: 6 months (Contract, potential extension) Hours : 20-25 hrs/week Compensation Range: $80/hr – $90/hr W2 Job Description: Support and streamline third-party education partnerships for a fast-moving AI education team. This role is essential for managing third-party educational content distribution. We need a self-starting, detail-oriented operator who thrives in ambiguous environments and can handle contracts, logistics, and partner relationships. Look for someone strong in project management, communication, and legal process coordination. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as main contact for third-party educational platforms Manage and optimize partner relationships and deliverables Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with internal legal teams Adapt and migrate internal course content for external platforms Ensure partner platforms remain up-to-date with accurate content Organize and maintain all partnership documentation Explore and recommend new partner opportunities Oversee content/data migration projects Navigate procurement processes and contract execution Requirements: Must-Haves: 2 years of professional experience (operations, program or partnership management preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Independent, proactive problem-solver Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes Strong project management across multiple priorities Proficiency in Google Docs and contract redlining Willingness to learn platforms like Ironclad and Zip Nice-to-Haves: Experience in tech or EdTech industries Familiarity with education content platforms Background in partnership/vendor relationship management Exposure to contract negotiation and legal workflows Built operational systems or processes from scratch Experience at companies with mature partnership programs
