and so are the rewards. The Money Movement team builds and scales
the systems that power how customers move money into, out of, and
within Robinhood. This includes payment rails, integrations with
financial data providers, and partnerships with payment processors
that ensure reliability, speed, and security. The team works
closely with engineering, compliance, and external partners to
deliver seamless fund movement experiences that customers trust
every day! As a Product Manager, you will define and deliver
products that improve how money flows across Robinhood’s ecosystem.
You will own integrations with fintech vendors such as data
aggregators and payment processors, and help evolve our payment
infrastructure to support new products and scale. You will partner
with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure systems are
robust, compliant, and easy for customers to use. This role is
based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance
expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the

What you’ll do Define product requirements for payment rails and
vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment
processors Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems
that support deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement
Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce transaction
failures, latency, and operational overhead Work with compliance
and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory
requirements Monitor key metrics such as transaction success rates
and processing times, and use insights to guide product decisions
What you bring Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience 3
years experience in a product management role Familiarity using
research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision
making Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making A
strong sense of urgency and speed High standards and a strong work
ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do
the same Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card
networks) or vendor integrations such as data aggregators Clear
communication skills and ability to work effectively with

the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for
bonus opportunities equity benefits. Base pay for the successful
applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which
may include education, training, experience, location, business
needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role
is based on the location where the work will be performed and is
aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not
listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during
the interview process. Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New
York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $140,000 - $165,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $123,000 - $145,000
USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
