Job Description:
The Licensed Inpatient Clinician at SRBHH provides high-quality
therapeutic services to adults and adolescents in a 144-bed
psychiatric hospital. Responsibilities include conducting
psychosocial assessments, developing and monitoring treatment
plans, facilitating groups, and documenting all clinical
interactions. They participate in interdisciplinary team
activities, supervise associate clinicians if applicable, and
ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications include a Master--------s degree in a related field,
valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD), and
experience with severe mental illness. Strong communication,
organizational, and cultural sensitivity skills are essential.
