Summary: Reltio is hiring a Director of Corporate Communications to
be a key leader on the marketing team, helping shape and share the
company's story internally and externally. Reporting to the VP of
Corporate Communications, you'll drive integrated programs that
elevate our brand, strengthen employee engagement, and position our
executives and company as thought leaders in the market. You'll
work across internal communications, media relations, executive
visibility, thought leadership, and social media. This is a
high-impact, hands-on role that requires excellent writing skills,
strategic judgment, and the ability to collaborate across teams and
functions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who

help build a world-class communications team. Job Duties and
Responsibilities: Develop and execute corporate communications
strategies that support company objectives and strengthen
reputation with key audiences (employees, customers, media,
investors, and partners). Partner with executives and subject
matter experts to craft compelling thought leadership and speaking
opportunities. Help drive media relations and corporate
storytelling efforts, including company announcements, industry
commentary, and proactive campaigns. Manage internal communications
programs that connect employees to company goals, culture, and
leadership. Support executive communications, including public
remarks, blogs, articles, presentations, video scripts and social
content for senior leaders. Oversee or collaborate on corporate
social media strategy, ensuring alignment of voice, tone, and
messaging. Partner with cross-functional teams in HR, Technology,
Marketing, Finance and Product to ensure consistent and aligned
messaging across channels. Measure and report on the impact of
communications programs. Skills You Must Have: (Experience &
Education) Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations Business, or related field 10
years of experience in corporate communications, public relations,
or related fields. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills;
ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling
narratives. Experience supporting senior executives with
speechwriting, thought leadership, and media engagement. Proven
success in media relations and issues management. Strategic thinker
who can execute quickly and effectively. Strong collaboration and
interpersonal skills; experience working with senior leaders and
cross-functional partners. Comfortable in a fast-paced,
high-growth, or technology-driven environment. Proficiency with
LinkedIn, Google, LLMs Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
skills; able to translate data into insights and action. Excellent
organizational and project management skills; able to manage
multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Proactive,
resourceful, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Proficient in collaboration software (Trello, Monday, etc) and
productivity software (Google suite, MS Office). At Reltio, we

determine your personal top of market. We rely on market indicators
to determine compensation and your specific job family, background,
skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can
cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your
location. Overall Market Range $138,000—$238,000 USD Reltio is
